On the surface of the Earth, countless lives thrive, and as microorganisms, we are part of this vast biosphere, engaging daily in the ancient activity of fermentation, spinning out the essence of life. This subtle activity plays an indispensable role in the often overlooked radiance of the Earth.

Fermentation is the chemical transformation that takes place inside living organisms, a process that nurtures the breath of life. Humans are in tune with this natural rhythm and participate in the energy cycle through food and culture. Each of our activities, like the fermentation of micro-organisms, enriches the earth and maintains the circle of life.

And this earth emits light. The activity of fermentation woven by the micro-organisms called human beings makes the earth shine as one living organism. Like the stars twinkling in the darkness of the night, the Earth, from the other side of the universe, must also radiate the light of life. It is a biological radiance produced by life activity.

As long as the wheel of life keeps turning to deliver this light to the future, this planet will continue to shine beautifully

地球の表面には、無数の生命が息づき、微生物としての私たちは、この広大な生物圏の一部として、日々発酵という古の営みに従事し、生命のエッセンスを紡ぎ出している。この微細な活動は、見過ごされがちな地球の輝きに不可欠な役割を果たしているのだ。

発酵とは、生物の内部で起こる化学的変換、生命の息吹を育むプロセス。人間もこの大自然のリズムに同調し、食を介して、文化を介して、エネルギーの循環に参画している。私たちの活動、ひとつひとつが微生物の醗酵と同じく、大地を豊かにし、生命の輪を維持している。

そして、この地球は発光する。人間という微生物が織りなす発酵の活動は、地球を一つの生命体として輝かせる。夜の闇に瞬く星々のように、地球もまた、宇宙の彼方から見れば、生命の光を放っているのだろう。それは、生命活動によって生み出された、生物学的な輝きである。

この光を未来へ届けるために、生命の輪が回り続ける限り、この星は美しく輝き続ける
